Associate Dentist

Associate Dentist (1–2 Years Experience)
We are seeking a motivated and patient-focused Associate Dentist to join our growing dental practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a dentist with 1–2 years of clinical experience who is looking to continue developing their skills in a supportive, team-oriented environment.
Position Details
- Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Friday 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM
- Employment Type: Full-Time
- Experience Required: 1–2 years preferred
- Compensation: Competitive salary or production-based compensation (based on experience)
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive dental care including exams, diagnoses, restorative treatment, and preventative services
- Educate patients on oral health and treatment options
- Develop and maintain strong patient relationships
- Maintain accurate clinical records and treatment plans
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative team members to ensure excellent patient care
- Follow all OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control protocols
Qualifications
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
- Active NC state dental license in good standing
- 1–2 years of clinical experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to high-quality patient care
- Ability to work efficiently in a team environment
